Sauerkraut Salad

 

1 Jar of Mrs. Kuhlmann’s Sauerkraut – drain well and cut up

1 ½ cups Chopped Celery

½  cup  Chopped Green Pepper

½  cup  Chopped Red Pepper

¼  cup  Copped Onion

Combine sauerkraut & veggies with dressing and mix well.

Dressing:

- 1 cup Sugar

- ½ cup Oil

- ½ cup Vinegar

Refrigerate overnight before serving.  Will keep in fridge for 1 month.
