Sauerkraut Salad

Process:

  • 1 Jar of Mrs. Kuhlmann’s Sauerkraut – drain well and cut up
  • 1 ½ cups Chopped Celery
  • ½ cup Chopped Green Pepper
  • ½ cup Chopped Red Pepper
  • ¼ cup Chopped Onion

Combine sauerkraut & veggies with dressing and mix well.

Dressing:

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Oil
  • ½ cup Vinegar

Refrigerate overnight before serving. Will keep in fridge for 1 month.
